What is the most precious thing for ABI? It is our people. It is ABI’s goal and intention to ensure we are a supportive, inclusive organisation where our team can bring their best selves to work so they can do their best mahi.

Wellbeing is vitally important, both physical and psychological wellbeing and we all know that these last few years dealing with COVID has stretched everyone.  Our teams are incredible at supporting the clients that come to ABI, so we want them to ensure they have strategies, tools and resources to support their own wellbeing.

ABI has partnered with an organisation called Clearhead to provide wellbeing support – this includes EAP, wellbeing tips and strategies via the ABI-Clearhead platform.  Clearhead and ABI have only just started our partnership but we both have the aim to support the whole ABI team to think about their mental health and wellbeing and ensure they access support when they need it.

We have recently had some posters printed to raise awareness of the new partnership and ensure the team across all of ABI know how to access the ABI-Clearhead platform to use regularly as part of their wellbeing practice.

ABI People and Culture Manager Anthony Lowen says, “The past few years have been incredibly difficult for our healthcare workforce, and our teams have really risen to the challenge. Our partnership with Clearhead is a vital part of our wellbeing strategy to ensure staff have self-care resources and the support they need as we continue with our important mahi.”
