Working at ABI
We are always looking for passionate and skilled rehabilitation clinicians and support staff who have experience in supporting those with a Traumatic Brain Injury, Concussion, major trauma injuries and neurodisability back to everyday life. You could work in our intensive inpatient post acute rehabilitation setting in Auckland or Wellington, in the community in people’s homes (across the North Island), communities, schools, workplaces or at our residential disability support services (Auckland).
In the intensive and residential disability support services, clients are over the age of 16years. ABI’s community rehabilitation and assessment services see clients of all ages and does have a very skilled paediatric team.

Kia Ora, ABI Rehab is a vibrant rehabilitation service specialising in brain injuries, major trauma, vocational and paediatric rehabilitation. We have inpatient, residential and community services designed for people with varying levels of complexity.

ABI can offer different work settings: intensive inpatient for those newly injured with a brain injury, residential disability support and in the community in people’s homes, workplaces, schools, prisons. With workforce shortages in psychology and nursing in particular we can be very flexible as to when and where you work!
