Good internet connection
Pen and paper to write things down
Your medication list
Support people or whānau
Call 0800 266 513 if you need an interpreter
Preparing for your appointment
Wait to be let into the meeting waiting room
Confirm your name, date of birth and address
Introduce everyone in the video
Discuss or korero about your health
Click on the video link again if the video is disconnected
