How are we doing?  If you have feedback about a service or the care and support you or a whānau member received while a client of ABI’s, please let us know.  We welcome all feedback, because without feedback we cannot learn, improve our services or share this feedback with our team.

Compliments We love to hear if we are doing a good job.  You can share this feedback with us by letting the person who is involved with you, or their Manager know.  You can also email our quality team and let them know

Complaints If you have an immediate concern about the service, care or support you are receiving from ABI, we encourage you to speak directly with those working with you, or their Manager.  If you feel uncomfortable talking to those involved directly or are not satisfied with their response, you can share your concerns with ABI’s quality team.  Use the email function below and add quality team in the title line.
