Rehabilitation

We provide rehabilitation services to partner with clients to help them achieve what is important to them. We work in your environment where you feel comfortable supporting you to achieve your goals and to live your life. This can be in your home, school or community. We work together to determine what your goals are and then develop a programme to support you to achieve your goals.

Assessment

We provide assessments and spend time with you and your support people to help determine your needs and goals. We provide options to meet your needs and include the things that are important to you. We consider options such as equipment to help you to participate in your daily life, natural supports engaging with the supports that already exist, and provide strategies that are innovative to help with your daily activities and funded supports.
